You can see some of our past projects completed. Each Client needs are different and we focus to achieve those specific details. We partner on numerous commercial/residential site projects with local plumbing, utility, commercial developers and more on a variety of excavation/land clearing projects. Our services includes; General Contractor, Excavation, Site Demolition, Utility Commercial Construction, General Construction Management and Hauling Disposal.

Site Demolition & Excavation

At this medical building project we partnered with a local commercial plumbing firm. Here we focused on saw cutting existing asphalt in order to excavate & locate domestic water service/fire main service.

Emergency 3 Story Balcony Demo

At this Multi- Family apartment complex we demolished an existing 3 story balcony that was struck by a vehicle. We safety secured the area and protected all openings prior to successfully demolishing this unsafe balcony. All material was properly disposed and cleaned up so tenants could re occupy the space.

Commercial Development Clearing

At this project we partnered with a local developer to clear existing trees and shrubs in order to complete full design study for the new building storm water management plans.

Lot Clearing

At this project we partnered with a local developer to clear overgrown grass in order to complete full design study for the new building storm water management & site plans.

Rural & Urban Site Development

This project we excavated a 80' x 50' foundation pad on a sloped site achieving a 2:1 slope around the perimeter of the site pad.

New Home Construction Sanitary/Water Excavation

This project we excavated a 100' new domestic water service from the meter into the dwelling. Backfill was completed after inspection was finalized.
